Customer Reviews
Really impressed with OKUN's pulls!
Unlike my last experience with a big box store, ordering from OKUN was surprisingly straightforward. I picked up some of their solid brass cabinet pulls for our kitchen reno, and they're gorgeous. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, about 10 days, but they arrived well-packaged. The quality is fantastic, definitely feels high-end like Emtek or Baldwin, and they feel super sturdy. They even included the screws, which is always a plus. I also signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was a nice bonus.
Detailed review of wall grilles
I purchased two custom finish wall grilles for a living room refresh. The ordering process was quite smooth on their website; I found it easy to specify the custom dimensions and finish. I chose a satin brass finish and it arrived exactly as pictured, very high quality. Shipping took about 10 days from order to delivery, which I expected for custom work. The grilles were well-packaged, no damage at all. Installation was simple as they were designed to fit standard HVAC openings. They really upgraded the look of the room, much more elegant than the old vent covers. I also contacted customer service with a question about cleaning the finish before I ordered, and they responded quickly and helpfully. I appreciate the attention to detail from product to support.
Handles are awesome!
Just got some knurled door handles for my new office space. They look super slick, really modern. Installation was pretty straightforward, even for me. Came packed well, no dings or anything. Happy with how they turned out.
Great value on cabinet pulls
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on some new cabinet pulls. I signed up for their newsletter and got a small first order offer, which was a nice bonus. I picked up several solid brass cabinet pulls and they really elevated the look of my kitchen. The price point, especially with the discount, felt very fair for the quality. I compared them to a few other brands, and OKUN offered better value without compromising on the modern aesthetic I wanted. Definitely felt like a smart purchase for my budget.
Handles are solid
Got some lever door handles. They are solid brass. Look good, install was easy. No problems with the order or delivery.
Nice hardware, quick service
Bought a few matte black door handles. They arrived fast and look really good. Easy to install. Happy with the quality for the price.
Fair price for solid brass
I was looking for some solid brass hardware but didn't want to break the bank, so I decided to try OKUN. I picked up a passage door set and a few drawer knobs during their New Year Renovations sale. The discount wasn't huge, but it made the price competitive for the quality. Everything felt sturdy and well-made when it arrived. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially since other brands were much pricier for similar materials. It was worth the purchase, saved me some cash without sacrificing too much on design or feel.
Good quality, delivery okay
I ordered a few matte black door hardware sets for a home renovation. The knurled door handles feel really solid and look great, definitely a premium feel. Installation was straightforward enough, though the instructions could have been a bit clearer on one of the privacy sets. Shipping took about a week, which was within their estimated window, but I was hoping for something a little quicker. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product quality and the look they add to the house, but the delivery time was just average.
Detailed look at my order
I placed an order for several satin nickel levers and a couple of wall grilles for a renovation project. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and the product descriptions were detailed, which helped me confirm compatibility. Shipping took exactly 8 business days, as stated in their FAQ, so no surprises there; everything was securely packaged. The levers themselves are solid and have a nice weight, feeling durable. The wall grilles fit my standard HVAC openings perfectly. I had a question about installation for the privacy door sets and their support team responded within a day with helpful instructions. The finish on all items was consistent and free of defects. Overall, a very professional experience from browsing to installation.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a set of matte black door hardware for my bedroom doors. The quality of the solid brass hardware was really good, felt substantial and looked great installed. The pricing was fair for what you get, especially compared to some other premium brands. My only small issue was the delivery; it took about a week and a half to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected given the 'premium' branding. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, though. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably improve on delivery speed.

Hey, thinking about getting some of the matte black door handles for my new house. Anyone know if they're actually solid brass underneath or just plated? Don't want them scratching off in a year.
Hey, wondering if anyone's had issues with the satin nickel finish holding up? I'm looking at a full house of levers and want them to last.
Does OKUN ever do sales? I'm planning a big reno and could use a deal on some of these awesome handles.
what's the deal with discounts here? I'm just a regular person, not a designer or anything. Are there ever codes for normal folks or is it all trade stuff?
How do these compare to Emtek or Baldwin? Like, is it the same quality or a step down? I'm trying to decide between a few brands.
